Green Light SSA LLC ("Green Light," "we," "us," or "our") is a document preparation and professional matching service registered in Amarillo, Texas. We operate the website greenlightssa.com and related services. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice.

Personal identification information (name, date of birth, Social Security Number where required for form completion)
Contact information (email address, phone number)
Medical information (conditions, treatment history, physician information, medical records you upload)
Work history and employment information
Denial letters, RFC forms, and other SSA-related documents you upload
Payment information (processed by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number)
Banking information: Green Light never collects or sees your bank account or routing number. SSA requests direct deposit details on the SSA-16 main application, which is submitted directly to SSA — not through Green Light.

Browser type and device information
Pages visited and time spent on the site

3. How We Use Your Information

To generate pre-filled SSA forms (SSA-3368, SSA-3369, SSA-827) from your intake answers
To conduct an AI-powered review of your documents against SSA requirements
To create a case file and summary for matching with a licensed professional
To send you your completed forms, AI review report, and case updates by email
To process payments through Stripe
To comply with legal and regulatory obligations

We do not use your information for advertising, marketing profiling, or sale to third parties.

4. How We Share Your Information

With matched professionals: When your case is matched with a paralegal or attorney in our network, that professional receives your case file, AI review summary, and contact information. Professionals in our network are bound by written Partner Agreements that restrict use of your information to your case only.

With service providers: We use the following third-party services to operate our platform:

Amazon Web Services (AWS S3) — encrypted document storage
Anthropic — AI document review (Claude API)
Stripe — payment processing
Resend — transactional email delivery

As required by law: We may disclose information if required by court order, subpoena, or applicable law.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or medical information to any third party for any commercial purpose.

5. Data Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS (256-bit encryption). Documents and case files are stored in AWS S3 with server-side AES-256 encryption. Access to case files is restricted to authenticated users via token-gated links — client contact information and PHI are never placed directly in email bodies. We maintain an audit log of all professional access to case packages.

6. Medical Information and HIPAA

Medical information you provide is treated as Protected Health Information (PHI) under HIPAA. Our infrastructure and practices are designed to comply with HIPAA's Security Rule and Privacy Rule. 7. Data Retention

We retain your case file for a minimum of seven years to comply with applicable recordkeeping requirements. You may request deletion of your account and personal information at any time by contacting us at support@greenlightssa.com — we will delete all information not required to be retained by law within 30 days of your request.

You have the right to:

Access the personal information we hold about you
Correct inaccurate information
Request deletion of your information (subject to retention requirements)
Receive a copy of your case file in a portable format
