These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Green Light SSA platform, website (greenlightssa.com), and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Green Light SSA LLC ("Green Light," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Green Light is a document preparation and professional matching service. We are not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice. We do not represent claimants before the Social Security Administration (SSA) or any other government agency. Use of this Service does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and Green Light or between you and any professional in our network.

The accuracy and completeness of the output depends on the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide. Green Light is not responsible for errors in your case file that result from inaccurate or incomplete information you submitted.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using the Service you represent that you are 18 or older and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.
You are responsible for the accuracy of all information you provide. You represent that all information, documents, and records you submit are truthful and accurate to the best of your knowledge. Providing false information to a federal agency, including through documents prepared with our assistance, may constitute fraud and carry serious legal consequences — Green Light is not responsible for any such consequences.
Service fees are displayed at the time of purchase. All fees are charged in U.S. dollars and processed by Stripe. Fees are due in full at the time of service. Green Light does not charge ongoing subscription fees to consumer clients — all consumer plans are one-time flat fees.
Refund policy: Refunds are available upon request before your case package has been downloaded by you or a professional. Once the case package has been downloaded, no refund is available. To request a refund, contact support@greenlightssa.com within 7 days of your purchase.
Green Light matches clients with independently licensed paralegals and attorneys who operate under their own professional licenses. These professionals are independent contractors, not employees or agents of Green Light. Green Light does not control, supervise, or guarantee the services provided by matched professionals. Any legal representation, fees, or agreements are between you and the professional directly. Green Light is not responsible for the outcome of your disability claim or any professional's services.
Our AI review system is designed to identify documentation gaps and incomplete items against SSA's published requirements. AI output is informational only and may contain errors or omissions. You should not rely solely on AI-generated content when making decisions about your disability claim. Green Light recommends that all clients have their completed case file reviewed by a licensed professional before submission to SSA.
Your use of this Service involves submitting personal and medical information. Our collection and use of this information is governed by our Privacy Policy and HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
You may not use the Service to:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Green Light's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Green Light is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind, including lost benefits, lost income, or denial of your disability claim.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Green Light does not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that the AI review will identify every issue in your case file. No outcome — approval of your disability claim, successful professional match, or any other result — is guaranteed.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Randall County, Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email and by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
